Our operational management contracts are unique
as they produce an agreed minimum guaranteed return for
you prior to us earning any management fees. This ensures
that our interests are aligned with yours, as we only
earn if our client earns. Secondly, there are no uplift
clauses if our client decides to sell their investment.
The uplift in value generated by our management is fully
retained by the client.
All of our managed hotels are given complimentary
membership to the Eclipse Group Purchasing Consortium.
